Seeds of Hope

Seeds of Hope is the umbrella ministry for “South Jersey Aftercare”, “My Father’s Hands”, and “She Has A Name”. These three ministries focus on transforming the lives of men and women in the city of Camden. “South Jersey Aftercare” helps men from a Christian perspective after their release from prison through Christ-centered transitional housing, mentoring, discipleship and much more. “She Has a Name” ministers to women struggling  with drug use and chemical dependencies. “My Father’s Hands” ministers to people homeless living on the street in Camden. All three ministries meet people’s practical needs with food and clothing but also share the reason for the great hope that we have through a relationship with the Lord. Seeds of Hope is the parent organization of Hope Chocolates.
